Natural drilled Rose Quartz,Jade Eggs
It is estimated that women have been practicing with stone eggs for over 5,000 years. Empresses and concubines of the Royal Palace of China used eggs carved out of jade to access sexual power, awaken sensuality and maintain amazing health into their old age. Up until recently, this ancient, secret practice was only available to members of the royal family, and to select Taoist practitioners.“Yoni” is a Sanskrit word for the female genitalia that means “sacred space.” Its symbol has been worshiped in Eastern cultures since ancient times for bestowing life, creativity and love. We will be using the term “yoni” to bring appreciation and acknowledgment – so often lacking in Western culture – to the creative power this magical part of the female body holds.
Below are a few of many benefits that you can experience if you practice with a Yoni Egg regularly: Increase libido and awaken your sensuality.
Increase natural lubrication at any age!
Develop an intimate and loving relationship with your yoni, your entire body, and ultimately yourself.
Increase sensitivity during intercourse. Become much more orgasmic.
Some moms use yoni eggs to assist in after birth recovery.
Gain control over the vaginal muscles and rock your lover’s world.
Enhance your Tantra, Qigong, and yoga practice. Some women that use yoni eggs report a reduction of PMS symptoms, menstrual cramps and the duration of the menses.
Improve overall health and well-being.
The Yoni Egg isn’t just an exquisite accessory that will add charm to your nightstand. It isn’t just a great tool for kegel exercises or a way to maintain health and well being, have better orgasms and more fulfilling sex. The Yoni Egg is an ancient, sacred tool for spiritual transformation. Each crystal has unique properties that can affect your body in many different ways. Your yoni and womb are amazing, magical places capable of bestowing new life, creating new ideas and visions, and providing you with amazing erotic experiences. By connecting to your yoni and your womb, the very center of your being, you can start accessing your feminine power and creative potential. How to Practice With a Yoni Egg?
Simple kegel exercises are the foundation of the Yoni Egg practice. Doing Kegels is already great. Doing them with a Yoni Egg is like doing curls with a dumbbell instead of just flexing your biceps. As you become more advanced, you can learn to manipulate the egg by moving different muscle groups inside your yoni! T
his is usually referred to as Pompoir or “Vaginal Kung Fu.” How do you like that?
Note: As with every exercise routine, regular practice is much better than sporadic practice. Sporadic practice is better than no practice at all. Practicing with intention and enjoyment, as opposed to just going through the mechanical motions, will make a world of difference. The best thing you can do when practicing with your Yoni Egg makes it into a ritual of self-love and self-care. Set aside some time that’s just for you and start with a gentle breast massage. The more love you give to yourself and your body, the more love you will have to share with others. The great thing is that although doing Kegels and other pelvic floor exercises will enhance your experience with the Yoni Egg, you can reap the benefits by simply wearing it!
The egg will work its magic regardless. In fact, if you’ve never done Kegels before, it’s best to ease into the practice and start by just wearing your Yoni Egg for the first two weeks. Sleeping with the egg is another way you can ease into your routine and start benefiting from its properties. Your yoni will play with the egg and the crystal will do its healing work, all while you rest.
Note: It is important to remember to focus on relaxation after contraction, melting and relaxing your pelvic floor. The goal is to increase suppleness while developing muscle strength. Think about it being similar to yoga, which involves a combination of straining and stretching, tension and relaxation.
Can I Use Jade Eggs If I Have An IUD?
This is another controversial practice and there is a lot of conflicting advice out there on the use of Jade Eggs and IUD’s (intrauterine contraceptive device) and this is mostly due to liabilities and minimal medical testing done by the medical world.
I’ve done a lot of research on this topic as well as personally spoken to various gynaecologists so I can give women the best possible advice regarding the use of Jade Eggs with IUD’s. From everything I’ve learned, I see no conflicting problems. IUD’s are designed to withstand a lot of movement during sexual encounters and Jade Eggs are a very gentle practice so the idea that an IUD might get dislodged by a Jade Egg seems highly unlikely. I also know many women who are comfortably using them together with no known issues with them.
My only recommendation is to practice with caution and use an un-drilled egg or an egg with a sideways drilled hole for use with string. If the egg is drilled vertically, then there is a risk of the string catching the wires of the IUD.
E medicine health states:
“Once the IUD is placed, you can return to normal activities such as sex, exercise and swimming as soon as you are comfortable. Strenuous physical activity does not affect the position of the IUD. You also can use tampons as soon as you wish after an IUD is placed. “
Ultimately, it is every woman’s responsibility to take care of her own body. Intuition goes a really long way with this one, and if you still have concerns, then speak directly to your doctor.
Can I Use Jade Eggs During My Moon Time?
A regular Jade Egg practice can help ease cramping and reduce the flow during menstruation. Rose Quartz is recommended for intense symptoms.
Traditionally this practice is not done during moon flow, but this is a personal choice. According to Ayurveda, any activity that interferes with downward flow of energy during menstruation should be avoided as women are more likely to absorb other energies in their environment. This forms the basis of most of the cultural practices for a woman’s moon time.
